In 2024, Final Bout returned to Japan for its 10-year anniversary, setting me off on what would soon become known as the Final Bout “World Tour”, a journey that took me to Japan and 4 special stages across the United States. What started in 2019 as an experimental way to document grassroots drifting has since evolved into a living documentary, dedicated to preserving the energy and emotion of this golden age of motorsports that we are living in. This collection of images is more than just a record of events; it’s a personal journey, a creative challenge, and in many ways a love letter to grassroots motorsports. The photos in this book aim to challenge conventional notions of automotive photography—not just in capturing motion, but in evoking the emotions and moments that make this culture so compelling.

From the neon-lit streets of Tokyo, to the legendary corners of USAIR, this book is a tribute to the energy, the artistry, and the friendships that define grassroots drifting. This is more than just a book, it’s an invitation to be a part of my journey.

Coming in at over 200 full color pages measuring 11”x8.5” with a hardcover, this book is the most comprehensive look at Final Bout that has ever been produced in print. It has been a labor of love and I am incredibly excited to share it with you all!
